Are you a hard worker with a passion for sneakers and customer service? Sneaker Cleanr is looking for a Store Supervisor who embodies our brand values and philosophy, ensuring a unique store experience.

Your Role:

• Manage operations with enthusiasm, championing excellent customer service.
• Lead a team focused on learning and growth, driving sales and business development.
• Maintain high standards for the shop floor and visual displays, and handle inventory management.
• Welcome and serve customers, fostering loyalty through exceptional service.
• Engage in cross-selling, meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Handle customer complaints, liaising with management as needed.
• Contribute to security measures.

Skills Required:

• Passion for sales, human relations, footwear, and luxury fashion.
• Problem-solving ability, relationship-building, teamwork, and communication skills.
• English proficiency; other languages are beneficial.
